We only promote:

  • Halal products and services
  • Educational content
  • Business promotions
  • E-commerce products
  • Personal branding

  • Service-based businesses
  • Company advertisements
1.2 Restricted Content (Not Allowed)

We will strictly reject ads related to:

  • Haram products or activities

1.3 Copyright & Legal Responsibility
  • Clients must provide original images, videos, or text.
  • If a client uses trademarked or copyrighted materials without permission, the client is fully responsible.
  • If Meta disapproves the ad due to content issues, the agency is not liable.

2. Budget, Billing & Campaign Investment Policy

2.1 Strategic Budget Planning

We do not impose a fixed or mandatory budget amount.
Instead, we determine the most efficient and result-driven budget based on:

  • The client’s business goals
  • Target audience size
  • Industry competition
  • Platform requirements (Meta/Google/TikTok/etc.)
  • Campaign duration and objectives

Our goal is to recommend an investment amount that delivers maximum ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.

2.2 Client Consultation Before Finalizing Budget

Before launching any advertisement, we follow a structured consultation process:

  1. We listen to the client’s goals, expectations, and preferred spending capacity.
  2. We analyze the market and recommend the optimal budget range.
  3. The final budget is approved only after mutual agreement.
  4. No ads are activated without client confirmation.

This ensures transparency, clarity, and zero miscommunication.

2.3 Flexible Budget Adjustment

Budgets can be adjusted during running campaigns, depending on platform rules.

  • Clients may increase or decrease the budget.
  • All changes are subject to platform review (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
  • Sudden increases may trigger a temporary “Review” or “Learning” phase.

We always guide clients on the safest and most effective adjustment practices.

2.4 Currency & Billing Policy
  • Advertisement costs depend on real-time international currency rates, which may fluctuate.
  • Any changes in currency rate (USD/EUR/AUD/GBP) will be informed before running or editing the campaign.
  • Clients will receive a transparent breakdown of billing and platform charges.

We maintain full honesty regarding cost conversions and platform deductions.

2.5 Platform-Specific Financial Guidelines

Different advertising platforms have their own minimum budget thresholds, billing practices, and charge structures.

We ensure that all campaigns comply with the financial requirements of:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Google Search, Display & YouTube Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • X (Twitter) Ads
  • Any other applicable platform

Our recommendations always align with these official platform guidelines.

2.6 Payment Policy

  • All payments must be completed within the agreed billing timeframe.
  • Clients may request installment-based billing (subject to agency approval).
  • Ads may be paused if payments are delayed.

Our priority is to maintain uninterrupted service while ensuring financial transparency.

  • However, no digital marketer can guarantee:

6. Refund Policy (Service-Based Advertising Management)

6.1 Ad Spend Refund

No part of the ad spend is refundable by us.

Ad Spend Refund = Not applicable / Managed directly between Client → Platform

6.2 Service Charge Refund (If Applicable)

Service charges are refundable only under the following circumstances:

A. Agency Error / Operational Mistake
